I love it!
I was nervous with there not being many reviews. But it’s amazing! It is heavy, so get some help to get it out of the box. But once setup I could move it easily! It was super easy to setup, nothing wrong with setup. It’s quiet and works perfectly! Happy with the price, since I didn’t want to pay a membership lol. I’m brand new to Pilates but this was great! I bought the anytime Pilates membership to use with my new reformer! I’m 5’3” 130lbs and I had no issues with any part of the machine. Feels very sturdy! Edit: I was having problems with some moves where the straps were too long. I was able to shorter them from underneath! Still loving this machine!

As promised - looks great, easy to assemble … will review later of it fails
Very impressed … I live in Puerto Rico so many things are challenging as far as delivery goes. I was expecting a delayed delivery as I tracked the order online. It showed ‘ordered’ but not in transit on the Friday before Easter showing a Wed delivery. It’s Easter weekend and it still showed an ‘ordered’ (but not in transit) status … with a delivery date of Wed. It’s now Mon after Easter - now showing in transit going from AZ to an eastern shipping facility. I thought it would be at least a week to get it from there to the island … no - it got there on Thursday ! Delivered to the door - all 60+ lbs of it ! I put it together and set it up following the instructions in about 45 mins. Seems to work great so far - if it fails I’ll update the review - otherwise… great buy and I definitely recommend it !

Great for a Beginner and the Money
I'm going to be brutally honest - I had never participated in a Pilates class a day in my life prior to buying this reformer. I was 100% influenced by social media to give Pilates a go as someone with a fake kneecap due to a car accident injury. I wanted something low-impact, but effective. This was exactly the trick. The box did arrive significantly damaged and I was concerned about the contents, but all was well. The shipping damage is of course no fault of the manufacturer. Setup was easy, and although the machine is a little heavy (approximately 80 lbs.), it was manageable on my own. I could see where the fold function is not convenient for most people as you do have to remove the pins and the poles that hold the ropes, but it isn't unbearable. It is definitely not something I'd want to fold and unfold daily. I wish the resistance springs and bands were color coded. The springs are just silver and when following along with a Pilates instructor online, they refer to different colors to change to. you can purchase replacement springs and change them out, but they're about $75 from other sellers. It does offer good resistance for the heavy level if you utilize the springs and bands or just more bands, however as other reviewers have mentioned, it is not a quick change to add bands as you have to take the footrest off. For someone that just wanted to get into Pilates, the value is good for the money, especially not knowing if it was something I would enjoy. I would suggest to individuals who are interested that they maybe take a one-time class to learn how to properly use the machine and ensure it is something they want to invest in. If I stick with it, I will likely purchase a more expensive, higher quality reformer, but I'm not there yet. The machine is quiet, but make sure you remove all of the little foam protective pieces from under the carriage (the part you lay on). Some of them are hidden under there. If you notice a sound when extending the carriage, you probably missed a foam piece. After a few days I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep, which I didn't expect. You will definitely feel this in every fiber of every muscle.

Game Changer for my home workouts
I can't say enough good things about this Pilates machine. Its sturdy, smooth and feels just like the ones I've used in professional studios. The setup was surprisingly simple, and it fits perfect in my space without being an eyesore. It even folds up neatly and out of the way. I've been using it consistently, and I can already feel a huge difference in my core strength, posture and flexibility. It's perfect for beginners and more advanced routines. I love how customizable the resistance is and its super user friendly. Such a great investment.

Defective Item :(
Just received this reformer and unfortunately after inital testing to see if it functions properly, I discovered that the one I got has a LOT of faults. The springs’ connection from the carriage to the bolts where they hook to on the base is off-centered! As a result, they end up rubbing on the metal to the right and make a ton of noise when used. Listen to the video. I’ve also attached a picture with green lines showing the track for the springs as well as the true center where the bolt should be lined up to, and a red line representing where it currently is at. The resistance cords are a lot smoother and quieter to use BUT they do require you to take off the footrest everytime in order to attach and detach as there is not enough space for the knob to go through. On top of that, the footrest is also a hassle to remove and put back on as the rods don’t line up perfectly with the holes on the base. So sad about this purchase because it is beautiful otherwise. Would love to get a replacement but it is not offered as an option even after I select “return or REPLACE this item”. For $400+, this reformer has been a real let down.

Love it but probably worth it to splurge
This is my first Pilates reformer. It is very beginner friendly but I wish I had spent more for one with springs. It is very heavy and difficult to fold up on my own. My husband has to help me fold and move it. Also not the quickest to fold up but it is nice for space that it folds up. The bands are nice but in certain work outs it would be nicer to have a reformer with more weight resistance. With all the bands the total resistance is 107 pounds (1 yellow 15lbs, 2 black 20 lbs, and 2 red 26 lbs). Overall happy with the purchase, but wishing I’d invested in one with springs and more weight resistance.

Great Value
Considering how expensive reformers are, this is an amazing value. It works well, it doesn't feel cheap / like it's going to fall apart. I've had about a month with it now, using it every other day, and the only negatives I've experienced are the shoulder pads are very uncomfortable, I almost wish they were flat so your shoulders aren't so bruised the next day. And that if you are getting this for the foldability, be aware that it might be tricky. I leave mine set up, and it could definitely be folded, it would just be a hassle. It's heavy and getting it to fold is a little bit of a process. When it comes to working out I find things that take a bit to set up / take down tend to get forgotten about. But if you want a light reformer that's easier to put away you're likely going to have to sacrifice durability and won't get a proper reformer experience. Overall, for me I think it's awesome. It also came basically set up, I just had to unfold it and click in a few springs. It took 5 minutes!!
