rides great
After a relatively easy install, fit like factory parts. My expedition rides like new. The ride height is back to original. the quality of these struts is very good. Great product for the money.

Needed new struts bad for my vehicle and was recommended these
Was recommended this brand by a mechanic shop and it definitely makes installation a lot easier since they are already pre-assembled, still have them on my vehicle installed them probably about a year or little less than a year ago now and they are still working just fine! Would recommend these for sure!

So far these are great!
I put these on my 2010 Ford Expedition EL Platinum. Replaced the original OEM struts with 180K miles. The Expedition now rides much smoother, and the handling is great. Increased stopping power. I had some issues with one of the 4 new struts being defective, but Detroit Axle made it right.

It's spot welded.
"mounting bracket" is Spot welded. I Can see through entire strut. Had one full set break after 1 month. Got another set. Guy told me that's how they manufacture it and they never had problems before. Do not buy. They will break.

a little softer ride than stock
I've had these for about a year. At first the ride was extremely bouncy but after a few weeks they settled down. Price point is good with no issues for the first year.

Easy install.
These brought the 2009 Expedition up almost an inch over the OEMs that had 100k miles on them. Fitment was excellent. Install was easy on the rear. The YouTube instructions are the hard way. Front was just as easy. Would recommend these. In-laws saved $1100 by not going to the dealer.

Poor shipping
Product was good. The only problem was I only received 2 of my 4 struts. Had to spend about 2 hours on hold and wait a week and a half for the other two to arrive.
