The media could not be loaded. This ice machine is incredible. We’ve been using it almost non-stop for a week so far and it hasn’t missed a beat. I’ve been collecting the ice and putting it in the freezer. Since the ice is fairly wet straight out of the machine when I put it in the freezer I shake the bag every few minutes for the first 15 minutes or so to keep it from sticking together. Straight out of the machine it is easy to crunch on kind of like Sonic ice.UPDATE: Have been using the ice maker daily since purchasing. Still works amazingly. You do need to check it frequently to make sure there’s room for the new ice to fall or it automatically stops and says it’s full. After it “breaks in” it does get a little louder as expected. Love this little ice machine.

We have gone through 3 different ice makers before this one. The ice is great; however the best part is that it is self cleaning.

I was skeptical at first due to bad reviews but I decided 75% 5 star reviews out weigh the negative.I'm so glad I did!!!I have a family member who will only drink water if it's completely filled with ice cubes, and our water line broke going to the fridge, and said family member doesn't like "homemade" ice cubes, so for over a year we've been buying bags of ice from the store. What a pain in the A$$. This little countertop machine has saved me countless trips to the store and the aggravation of shoving 8lbs of ice into a small freezer. It killed me to wait the 24 hours after delivery and setting it upright but I did as the instructions say, I'm glad I did. Right from the start it made great ice cubes, the waiting is so the Freon settles. I use it daily, I unplug when not in use (overly cautious) plug it in and let it do it's job. Within 10 minutes I get 9 bullet shaped cubes! Once the bucket has a few I place it in a bag in the freezer. Yes the cubes are a little "damp" yes they stick together, but HELLO PEOPLE it's freaking ice, just break it up. I use a meat cleaver on the bag and BAM little ice cubes again.As far as the people who whine about the noise it's no louder then when my fridge used to drop ice into an empty bucket, I seriously wonder what people expect it to sound like.Overall it's kept the ice loving family member happy and it does it's job, as the summer months come around I'm sure it'll have no problem helping me get big bags of ice together for get together. Wish I bought this sooner!

Bought this Sept. 4, 2024. The revolving section that moves the ice out gets stuck. It seems it's getting too cold and stops rotating. I have stopped it and let the ice melt it only works for a few minutes. Only had this for just a little over amonth. It's a shame we really like this nugget ice.

The machine is a good ice maker.Pros:1. The third and beyond batches of ice are perfect. I make them big.2. The big ice lasts longer and just fits my water bottle.3. No irritating noise while making the ice.4. Holds plenty of water for ice making and holds plenty of ice for drinks. I use 20 bullets per drink.Cons:1. Does make noise while pushing cubes into tray.2. First batch of ice, well, sucks. Come out small. Not worth using. Second batch is better, but not as good as the third.The cons are pretty minor. I find the operation of making the ice interesting (freezing inside to out, rather than outside to in like a freezer ice maker).If this thing lasts a couple of years, I'll make it a five star (if I remember).

The machine is doing a great job

I love love love this ice maker. I was truly surprised by how fast it can fill up our ice bucket!! (we bought a bigger one to keep in the freezer). We timed it, and it fills our bin (14x8x4in) in abuot 5-6 hours. This probably lasts about a week or more before we need to fill up again, and we use ice every day! My only complaint is sometimes it doesn't work... the machine comes with a troubleshoot sheet for some common issues that occur, and we tried them, but this issue was weird ... - it seemed to only work at night.. So when tried making ice during the day it would say "add water", but it was filled to the max fill line. But we never seemed to have this issue at night... Very funky, but aside from that, it's amazing!

It’s so loud, I mean really loud. My husband is 35% legally deaf and it’s loud to him.The ice maker works great, ice lasts long but it’s so dam loud!
