This works
This works! My doctor recommended taking it Monday, Wednesday and Friday to minimize side effects. It raised my blood iron numbers within the first 3 months of taking it. I had to experiment a bit to find the best time to take it to minimize stomach upset. I take it at noon with my lunch. It does cause constipation but that was resolved by increasing my fiber intake.

Very Tolerable Iron Capsules
As far as I know its working in my body to raise my hemoglobin to a normal level . Also , this product is very tolerable in taste and digestion of such :) Thank you for the good iron product that is helping my health improve .

Feeling Better way less sleeping and Fatigue. So far so good.

Better with food
I haven't been taking this long (less than a week) so time will only tell how effective it's been for my anemia. Taking it with food has helped with the stomach upset and mild nausea I noticed after the first few days.

Consistency is Key
Beginning of March, ferritin was a 12. I could barely get out of bed, was having heart palps, anxiety, depression, dizzy when standing up, and no energy. I started taking these at night on an empty stomach with a vitamin C supplement every other night. I also added a beef liver supplement, vitamin d, and magnesium (took those pills middle of day, not at same time). Fast forward to middle of April and my ferritin rose to 41. I also added red meat and spinach too. I’ve had zero stomach issues on this pill and it’s been a life saver. I’m starting to feel normal again. 50% of the way to where I’d like my levels to be as an endurance athlete that runs 20-30 miles a week and weight trains.

Labs Attached for 4 weeks of taking
Labs attached. Took my levels from super low to normal range in 4 weeks. I was very symptomatic and drained of energy. After 4 weeks, I feel my energy back, my hair is growing back and I don’t have the anemia brain fog anymore. Having a medical background, I took 2 a day and was able to tolerate it well. I recommend this brand to all of my patients.
