I’m happy with this laptop. It works smoothly, the screen quality is good, and it’s easy to use for everyday tasks. Great value for the price.

I am using this laptop daily for work, email, social media management, and general business tasks, and it has performed very well. The screen is bright with excellent color and clarity, making it comfortable to work on for long periods of time. Setup was straightforward, and everything was up and running quickly. if i could review this zero stars i would. do not buy from the seller. we received the laptop and it didn’t even turn on then was told to send it to dell. when we sent it to dell we were told that there was a third party ram in it so we would have to pay $300 to fix it. so we returned it and got about $300 less then what we paid for it. DONT BUY THIS

Great laptop and experience purchasing it

It gets hot pretty quickly, but it's definitely better than other laptops I've had and if you use a cooling pad ur golden. It sometimes runs a bit slow, but that could be user error. Touchscreen is what is needs to be at least for me, not as sensitive as a phone but I don't need too much force to do things. For instance I could literally play roblox mobile. I can't say much to the durability because I havent dropped it. I'd say it's worth the money after having it for almost a year. It's less than a MacBook neo for reference and has better specs in some areas, but not as sleek as an apple product of course. Only thing I hate is battery life, but that's the same for most laptops of this kind and at this budget. I'd say if you do heavy editing or gaming this is NOT FOR YOU, but if you're more of a casual laptop user for light games like roblox, stardew valley, and even sims (base game and some mods/cc no packs) I've never tested fortnite or anything like that. Good for what it is.

My second dell. Works great. Love it is touchscreen

Super fast. I purchased this for my own software development projects. I'm able to run multiple IDEs, VMs and other apps at the same time with no degrade in performance. You can't beat the price for the amount of hardware you get with this product.
