Refurb is not always the frugal way out
I have ordered 4 previous LG tone headsets and in my job I live by the cell phone as my life,both to drown out the office noise and to converse and talk business so I depended on sound quality and comfort.. I think this is my first refurb and I tried to be frugal which did not serve me well... one of the earphones rubber was deteriorating with just an swipe of the finger it turned into goo, the home area on the earphones harness was full of gooo.... and even the ear pieces were full of earwax and just not proper for my 80 dollars, I should have spent the extra money and purchased the cute rose gold new set!!! Battery life was still great and tone was great also, however i did not have a chance to test the mic sound before it made me wiggy

Poor reception and sound on phone calls.
Very poor reception when making phone calls. Sound isn’t that great either. It may be the unit I received. I’m trying to get a replacement and post any updates if and when I do get to try a second unit.

Not worth what i paid
Works well with my head lifted straight or up. Dont look down at your phone. It muffles the mic. My scruff also makes an extremely loud noise on the mic. I get alot of complaints about a spontanious ringing from time to time.

Can’t hear you now!
I’m glad this came with 90 day return. I will definitely be returning it. Plays music pretty good but talking on it is almost impossible. I can hear people but they can’t hear me 90% of the time. Can’t bend over because of mic location. Had the 910 before this one and don’t recall having this much trouble. Great for working out but that’s about it

Wont Charge
I took delivery of this product on August 15, 2018. worked well until a week ago, now it wont charge. Additionally, there is no "contact the Seller" option on this product. Now what?

Other than that it seems to work great.
There was some wear or some kind of deformity on the neck piece. Other than that it seems to work great.
