Can't tell if there are any benefits or effect yet since it's only been a week but I followed a YouTuber's suggestion to initially soak the barks I want to boil overnight first and then boil it for 30 minutes. The water does reduce quite a lot in that 30 minutes but the color is a vibrant blue. I've boiled 5 pieces and by the 3rd boil, the tea is now a light brownish reddish tint so I guess it's good for 2 boils or pots of tea. Tastes a little woodsy so I just dilute it with some hot water and it tastes like hot water with a hint of wood. I don't add sugar to my teas so this is good diluted

I was concerned about the quality because the came open. And my husband just though i bouth a bunch of expensive wood 😆. I boiled low temperature for 30 min this is how it looks after. People The blue is when you have the right light. The water will not turn blue is like a shade like a iridiscent effect. I will let soak all night and see what else. But you see has a beautiful magnetic blue so pretty, magical . My husband is still exceptical. He thinks is wood soak with quimicals. He never saw this 😆.
