This exercise ball was really helpful for doing small movements during workouts. The quality feels good, and it stayed inflated well with no issues.

Easy enough to blow up but it loses air when trying to put the plug in. It works for the core exercises I am doing. Would recommend it for ease of use.

I like the size of this small exercise ball. I bought it for my mom so she could do physiotherapy exercises after her knee surgery. It looks very nice and was easy to inflate. It works well for light exercises and rehabilitation.

I love this! I use it to workout and for my physical therapy to heal my pelvic floor after 3 kids. It comes with a pump and is sturdy, I’m not sure I would lay on it entirely only because I haven’t tried it out of fear it would pop but it is durable. It has a grip to it as well so you could easily grab it with one hand if needed. Since it comes with the pump it’s easy to inflate and takes less than a minute!

I have a herniated disc and doing some exercises that involve lifting my legs poses a lot of strain to my lower back and potentially flaring up sciatica pain. Having the ball under my lower back/glute area makes a huge difference by providing support.
