USB C 87W Charger for MacBook Pro13” 15” 2016 Mac Book Air 2018 Samsung,Nexus,Lenovo,ASUS,Acer,Dell USB-C Type C Power Supply Adapter Cord

The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 stars is the lack of a USB port for charging another device off of it. Otherwise, it works perfectly with my Precision 5510 on the plane and on the ground which is the main reason I bought it. The 130w charger that came with the laptop tripped the outlet on the plane.Update: A month into using the product it stopped working just when I needed it the most. I don't know about you but this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I am probably unlucky and this is an anomaly, but I will let you judge if the product is right for you.

I use this for charging laptops, cell phones, external power packs, and more. It works great, and is more compact than most laptop chargers for this wattage. Most laptop chargers have the actual charging unit "in the middle" - there is a cord from the wall, then the unit, then another cord that goes to your laptop. This is fine for fixed locations, but not great for travel and other portable use. You have to wrap up two different cords on those, and they are generally larger. This is one small unit that plugs directly into the outlet, and a single cord with USB-C charging connection. It is so much easier to manage and travel with. Most friends are surprised by how small yet effective it is. And it's priced well below those replacement charges from big laptop vendors. No complaints at all - very satisfied.

I bought this to provide power to a USB-C docking hub so I could not only provide charging for my Pixel Slate but my work Dell laptop too when used. It has adequate, reliable power delivery to charge multiple devices without worry. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a replacement Type C charger or an extra for on the go.

This item was to replace an original power block for an HP laptop. The power cord uses a USB-C connector for the power, which makes it difficult to find in a brick & mortar store, like Best Buy. This item works perfectly with my wife's laptop and we haven't had any issues with it.

Adapter worked great for 6 months. I used it for charging a MacBook and a Lenovo laptop. Less than 6 months of use, and the Adapter quit working. It looks like the USB-C connector was not capable of multiple plug/unplugs and wore out... or maybe does not conform to USB-C specifications. I also noticed the adapter getting very hot recently, so it could be something internal or a a combination thereof. I bought the higher Watt adapter to make sure I did not stress the adapter or the laptops. Time to shop for something else.

I looked for awhile to find an charger that was compatible with my laptop. This barely lasted a month before the end that fits into the computer came apart, rendering it useless. I wasted the money and had to order a different brand. Replacing your charger is a real challenge to find something of good quality.

Works great with my 15" HP Spectre x360. Feels solid, not cheap. I would give it 5 stars if the cable was detachable from the adapter itself, but it is not.
