I’ve used it rain and shine. It fully blocks the sun and even if the wind catches it doesn’t break. It’s a large umbrella, for a small as it folds up.

Picture shows a light sage green, what I received is a dark hunter green. Still very pretty & I will be keeping. Opening or closing is easy & mechanics seem sturdy.

This umbrella strikes a nice balance between being compact enough to carry almost anywhere (or in almost anything) and providing protection from the rain or sun. When fully retracted, the first time you push the button on the "back" of the handle will deploy the umbrella, and pressing it a second time will retract it (mostly) - you still have to compress the telescoping portion by hand, but when getting into a car or coming inside, it is a really nice convenience to just push a button and have the umbrella collapse. The handle is also a carabiner of sorts, allowing you to clip it onto whatever you can imagine for easy of carry (like a belt loop, molle webbing on a backpack, a purse strap, etc. etc.) Get two if you can - one for the car, and one for the house. Great little umbrellas with some cool features at an awesome price!

This umbrella is great! It feel very sturdy and has a very large O shaped handle. It has a built in carabiner on the handle to attach it to something sturdy so it doesn't blow away, and to stow it away securely!One press of the button extends and opens the umbrella. Another press of the button closes the umbrella. With the sturdy handle, it's easy to collapse it. It comes with a nice bag to stow the umbrella in.The fabric is very dark and does a great job of blocking the sun. I plan on using this at my kids soccer games to keep cool and comfortable! It can also be used to repel rain. I can't wait to use it!

I loved using this to stay cool and safe from the sun, until one time I pressed the button to close it and the “head” or whatever you call it just completely flew off. And the 30-day return window had just closed 4 days prior. I took a pic right after it happened as I was so stunned.

The internal ribbing of this umbrella is well made and has 10 spokes, each of which has a set of three metal ribs on the outermost extension. Time will tell, but my umbrellas often fail when the ribs on the extension bend or snap from heavy winds. This level of reinforcement seems like it will serve us well. The handle also feels good to the touch and has a latch to allow for this umbrella to easily attach to a cart or stroller and remain within easy reach. The outer and inner canopy are also different colors -- I do like that contrast.

As you can see from the photo, the color of the actual product is VERY different than the product photo. It is a light periwinkle in the photo and in person it's a dark, dusty blue. It's still cute though so I'm keeping it. The button to open it works well and I like how compact it packs down. I held it up to the light and I didn't see any light coming through, but I haven't tried it outside yet. Overall seems to be decent quality, but definitely disappointed by the color discrepancy. Docking a star because of that.

I love the "erised bifrost compact golf umbrella". This is a very nice quality compact umbrella with a single push button to open the umbrella and to close it. It has a powerful spring inside that provides sufficient strength to fully open and close the umbrella. The handle is a nice loop that can open and be attached to a bag or stroller. The umbrella fabric is thick with cream colored exterior and black interior. You can tell that this is a very well made and designed product. It feels durable and should last a long time. Well worth the additional cost for a well made product compared to other compact cheaply-made umbrellas that will not last long. Very satisfied with this product!
