Won’t dissolve
Very chocolaty, but it doesn’t dissolve very good

Energy Boost!
We have been using this product for over a year. It works well! We notice an increased energy level when taking it every other day. Sometimes we combine a slightly smaller dose with a little Creatine.

Best with water
I tried this with milk, but it was way too frothy and foamy, never blended very well, and had a strange aftertaste. But with water it blended better and tasted better. It said i could give it to my kids, but my 2 year old didn’t like the taste, and my 4 year old only liked it if i took out all of the foam first. It’s quite pricey for the size, but it’s definitely been beneficial for my workouts, so i i think it’s worth it.
