Amazing, definitely work.
I was unsure about trying these, as I have had gummies in the past that have had no affect. I have been very pleasantly surprised about these ones. I'm now on my second tub. My sleep has been massively improved. I have always struggled to drop off to sleep and to stay asleep without waking up 3-4 times.Since taking 2 of these every day I drop to sleep easy and the only time I wake is if I need to wee 🤣. I haven't seen improvement in my energy but my job is very full on so not a fair judgement.Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable taste, good price.
I find them easy to take, but after a few hours, my stomach burns and I perspire. I have a cold glass or glasses of soya and the pain goes away. Does anyone else get this symptom? I really do enjoy taking them so I will finish the bottle and see if the pain subsides.
