Large Pill Organizer with 161 Medicine Labels, Travel Pill Case

This purse-sized pill organizer is exactly what I was looking for! It’s compact enough to fit easily in my purse without taking up much space, yet it holds everything I need for the day. One of my favorite features is the choice of labels, which makes organizing medications and supplements simple and convenient. The labels are easy to read and help keep everything organized at a glance. The double-closure design is another huge plus. It keeps the compartments securely closed, giving me confidence that my pills won’t accidentally spill out while I’m on the go. The organizer feels well-made, practical, and perfect for travel, work, or everyday use.

First impressions are that this pill box is surprisingly solid. The plastic feels durable, not flimsy, and the latches snap shut securely without feeling like they’ll break over time. Size-wise, it’s about the footprint of two credit cards, which makes it perfect for tossing into a purse, backpack, or carry-on without taking up much space. One of the standout features is the included stickers. You get medical labels, blank ones, and even some name-brand labels—all tear-and-apply, which makes customizing it really easy. That said, you may need to trim some of the stickers since a few are slightly too big for certain compartments. There are multiple insert sizes, so it takes a little adjusting to get everything to fit cleanly. I will say that this feels more like a personal, everyday or weekend trip container rather than something for extended travel. It holds a good variety, but not enough for long-term use unless you’re packing very selectively. For reference, in the smaller compartments, only two Tums tablets fit; but you can use the next one over. Overall, it’s well thought out, compact, and practical. We’ll see how it holds up over time, but for now, it’s a strong first impression!

I love how small this case is! I’m able to store all my meds & vitamins I use daily and some that are just for encase. All the kids are sturdy, and close perfectly. Now I can carry it in my purse everyday without having to carry a bunch of bottles! Love that they give plain stickers too to write your own, this was great since I have severe asthma and have meds I take everyday

I love this thing and everybody asks where I got it from. The labels are very accurate and look exactly like the bottles so they’re easy to find an easy to identify. It closes securely and never opens on its own. The compartments are pretty small, but they fit several pills each. The best pill box ever! It would be good for any Mom on the go, any teenager that may have medication that they need or want during the school hours. Have had others but this is the best one! It’s very durable and well-made.

This is a great little organizer to have handy for my briefcase or day pack! It fit in my "personal item" for a plane ride to the Dominican Republic. Nice to have it handy and organized. I will say this is really designed for loose pills, because the containers are so small, but I have a lot of blister pack medications. I just had to trim them to make them fit. I did enjoy the blank labels it comes with so that I can hand write other medication names. The ones that are on the stickers are pretty cute!

This pill organizer is amazing! It makes staying on top of my medications so much easier. The pill splitting feature is very helpful, and the compartments are the perfect size for different medications and vitamins. These are great. I bought the standard size and I wouldn’t want it any bigger. It's the perfect size for purses, daypacks, etc. I leave mine in my desk at work and it takes up virtually no space at all. The main body of the case as well as the individual pill slots open easily, but close securely. There are plenty of stickers included, so the chances of there not being one for an OTC medicine you take are pretty slim. My one small quibble is that they didn't really correspond the size of the stickers to the size/dosage of the pills. For example: Zyrtec are extremely small and single dose, but only large stickers are included for it. Just the same, there are only small stickers included for certain pills that tend to be rather large. Yes, I realize you could just use the smaller stickers on the bigger slots and or cut the larger ones down to size, but neither would have as neat an appearance. Not a huge deal, but I still thought it was worth mentioning. Also, if you think you’ll forget dosages of medicines you take less often, you may want to use a Sharpie to notate it somewhere on the sticker. Either that, or use the tiny pill shaped stickers that come with it and stick them on the opposite side of the slot's lid. Overall, I still think these are the neatest thing ever and I bought two more for my niece and my mother. I actually think they'd make a great stocking stuffer. Everyone I've shown it to thought it was the cutest (and more importantly, useful) thing they'd ever seen. The stickers definitely make it quicker to find the medicine you’re looking for when you reach for it. I highly recommend these and plan to buy more for travel and such. At time of review, the standard size is 5 bucks and that’s an excellent price for what you’re getting.

This box is awesome! I bought the smaller one, its great for a small purse. I like the way it closes instead of magnetic. It stays closed! There are 4 larger compartments. One section is large enough to holds 8 or 10 Tylenols or Muscenix. Then having 6 small ones great for little pills, etc. Appears to be well made. The stickers are awesome! There are generic to name brands. There's a sheet of blank ones and then a sheet that you can do days of the week too. The lids close well and snap shut. And stay shut. If you want to carry cough drops or chewable pepto tabs I go up a size for those things.

This is a fantastic little item, it allows me to combine my meds so I can just open the one compartment and there’s a full dose on the go. No need to sort through a bunch of bottles on the go and it has a clip to lock to keep them from spilling in the bottom of my purse.

Must Have for Travel! perfect size. great that you can label everything. lots of compartments. Highly recommend.
