I’ve been wearing this sleeve daily for about a week. It gets a little uncomfortable by the end of the day, but after trying everything only to continue feeling foot pain, I’ll take it! This sleeve has helped my foot so much! For the first time in months, I got up this morning with almost no foot pain at all! It used to hurt so bad to stand for the first time in the morning and it barely hurt at all this morning! I’m a believer! If you’ve tried everything, try this next! The compression is great. I like the color too. Black and blue isn’t super flashy. You can also put a sock on over the top if needed, but it’s been warm out so I haven’t been. It seemed kind of expensive at first, but it’s a good quality sleeve and I wish I had tried this first! My husband had me buy him one too and he’s enjoying his as well!

Not sure this works I have worn for a few days but no improvement

I gave myself plantar fasciitis from doing long rucks with heavy loads at fast paces, so when I saw this advertised on the company's official website, I decided to see if they were selling on Amazon as well. (Very skeptical of any company claiming 30-day money back guarantee these days, but I've never had a problem with that when I buy things through Amazon.) I would admit I didn't have much faith in this product to do me any good, but I'm pleased to announce that it really works! I usually sit sideways on my bed to put it on, so I'm not putting weight on my foot while adjusting the sleeve. If you have bigger calves like I do, you may need to pull it tighter on the bottom so that you have more room at the top to bring the sleeve around and fasten it. Make sure the straps are still even like they show in the directions and that the heel part is in place too; that's very important. If you try to fasten the sleeve with it too far down your foot (like right below where your toes start), it's probably not going to fit right and/or do the job correctly. Velcro seems to be holding up just fine so far, and the compression is noticeable without being overwhelming. I find it comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I ended up buying a second one in black, so I can always have a brace on my foot while the other one is being washed. I wear a men's 10/women's 11 and the sizing chart was accurate. If you're on the fence about this, just give it a shot! You can always return it if it doesn't work for you. Plus, the packaging includes a free digital guide to treating plantar fascitis as well.
