Broke after 7 months -- but they replaced it🙂
*UPDATED* About a week after writing and giving a 2-star review due to it breaking, the seller/company reached out and offered to replace my defective toothbrush. So I have changed my review to 5-stars, because I truly do enjoy this toothbrush and all it has to offer. ** If this expensive toothbrush didn't stop working after 7 months, it would have a 5-star rating. I love that it actually tells you where you've brushed and where you've missed. When I first got this toothbrush, I experimented with it to see if it *actually* knew where I was brushing. And I was surprised that it actually worked! It definitely has helped me refine and improve my brushing technique. But about 3 weeks ago, it kept showing that I still needed to brush my lower molars, even though I was definitely brushing them. Over the last 2 weeks I have been trying to problem solved to see what's wrong: I've recharged it fully, changed the brush head and even *only* brushed my bottom molars for 2 minutes. And the result has been the same: the toothbrush indicates that I still need to brush my bottom molars while the rest of my teeth were brushed accurately . (I will also add that I don't travel with this toothbrush, it has never fallen, I always put it in the same spot in the bathroom, so there is nothing that I did that could have caused this issue.). Sooo, something is clearly wrong with the sensors in my tooth brush. And I don't know how to get in touch with the manufacturer to see how they can remedy this. Because right now, my $80 toothbrush is no different than a cheap $8.99 one from Walmart. Sure it cleans my teeth, but the "smart" part of the toothbrush is not working . For $80, I fully expected this toothbrush to last several years....unfortunately, it lasted 7 months. If they can replace this, I would easily change my rating to 5 stars.

A great overall experience.
For years now, I've sworn by electric toothbrushes. My visits to the dentist used to be a long, drawn out experience and usually accompanied with a follow up visit to fill in cavities. About a decade ago, I decided to spend the money on an electric toothbrush and I gotta say, it has made such a big difference. Visits to dentists are fast and I've even gotten a couple of compliments about how clean my teeth were! Now for these years, I used the Oral-B toothbrushes which use spinning heads but when that broke, I decided to try a sonic brush. The usmile Y10 stood out among the many choices out there because it seemed to be a good balance between price and function. I found it to be a nice overall product. Built into the brush is a pretty nice screen that shows clearly the various built-in functions. I haven't gone through the menus too much because the brush really just works as is, out of the box. I know that there is a language selection and a brush timer. Also, just like the Oral-B, this brush has a sensor to ensure that you're not brushing too hard where you might damage your gums. First, I was worried that this brush didn't charge using an induction charger, but I found that the battery life on this brush is quite good and because I don't need to deal with a separate charger, this brush is great for travel as I already bring a bunch of USB-C chargers with me. What I really like about this brush is that it is quieter during operation than Sonicare. When I had guests at my house, I would be able to hear the sonicare in operation as it's quite distinct. Turning the usmile on, I was surprised at how quiet it was. After using it for a couple of weeks now, I'd say that the experience is totally different from the Oral-B but I wouldn't say that it's bad in any way. I really like this new experience and I'm happy with my purchase.

Advanced toothbrush with useful features, but somewhat complex
Purchased this high-tech electric toothbrush for daily use. The smart screen is impressive, displaying various information during brushing sessions. Battery life is notable - it's lasted several weeks without needing a recharge. The brush head is gentle on the mouth, which is a plus. The pressure sensor is helpful, alerting when too much force is applied. Multiple brushing modes are available, though I typically use the standard setting. However, there are some drawbacks. The abundance of features can be overwhelming initially. It took time to understand all the settings. The necessity of a screen on a toothbrush is questionable. It's considerably larger than a standard brush, making it less travel-friendly. The plaque monitoring feature seems more novelty than practical - its accuracy is uncertain. While the brush itself is good, replacement heads are expensive. Overall, it's a solid choice for those interested in dental technology and willing to invest in oral care. It cleans effectively, but may be excessive for those seeking a simpler electric toothbrush. Suitable for tech enthusiasts, but perhaps too complicated for those preferring a straightforward brushing experience.

Love my smart toothbrush - gets me to brush ALL TEETH WELL!
I am raving about this smart toothbrush right now. To be honest I needed this help for my teeth. I always get told I miss common areas in my mouth. This toothbrush notes the angles it turns and calculates the percentage of the teeth surface that is clean and what remains shows on the screen. The timer is 2 minutes and the toothbrush quick-stops every 30 seconds indicating that it is time for a quadrant change. Then after done it tells me how well I did. I can see the progress bar a bit while I brush my teeth Soni hit the back areas again. This is a fantastic toothbrush! It performs better than any other toothbrush I have had so far (smart features rock!) and overall this saves me money when it comes to having better teeth and gums. It also has my gums bleeding less so that is a win! There are four modes and all have a vibrate function but the level of vibration varies per mode. My teeth feel really clean after I brush. And if I don't see the "very clean" message, I know I am not done. I totally recommend this toothbrush. It is the best purchase I have made in a while.

First timer with an electric toothbrush
I absolutely love this electric toothbrush! It's actually fun to brush my teeth. The color is just awesome (late life woman who is actually drawn to Pink now). I've had it for months and have not had to charge it... Though I do not always use it twice a day (thank you, ADHD). Everything is as it was pictured and described, and it came packaged quite professionally. It works great with three different settings and I've used it in the shower multiple times. No issues. I yet to change the head on it. So, I'm not sure if that's going to be easy or difficult. While I'm a first time electric toothbrush user, I did buy one previously from the grocery store and it was a piece of trash- it worked once. So as you can imagine I was leery when I purchased this one. But after doing a ton of reviews on Amazon and other stores, this looked to be the best option. And it was! I love the way my teeth feel after I've brush them! It can be a little messy, as one reviewer described, however I'll take that drawback and just assume it has to be part of the process with electric toothbrushes being the way that they work. Keep your mouth closed when you brush, and when you switch sides just do it quickly. I'm very happy with this purchase! I often find I'm still brushing my teeth when the timers are done because I'm having so much fun lol.

great product
The usmile P20 PRO Oscillating-Vibrating Electric Toothbrush is a fantastic option for those seeking effective and affordable oral care. Its oscillating and vibrating action provides a deep clean, and the multiple cleaning modes make it easy to customize your brushing experience. The long-lasting battery is ideal for travel, and replacement heads are reasonably priced. However, it’s slightly noisier than other models, and the charging base feels a bit bulky. Overall, it’s an excellent toothbrush for its price, delivering impressive performance with just a few areas for improvement.

10/10⭐️! I really love this product so far. I have been an Oral B user for many years now, and this change has been a pleasant surprise. It makes brushing teeth fun again! I love how much teeth feel like I just got a deep clean from my hygienist. Great packaging, power is awesome, great value for your money! No paid ad here, just a really happy customer!

Stopped Charging after 6-8 Months
Bought this back in April and liked it so much that I bought a second one for my husband. I like the battery life lasted a long and didn’t require us to charge it often. However, I tried to charge both toothbrushes recently and they both won’t charge anymore. I’ve tried several different outlets and it’s not a power issue, the toothbrush just won’t charge anymore. I think the charging port being on the bottom of the toothbrush is extremely faulty and now I have to replace both toothbrushes for my husband and I because we are unable to charge these, not because they stopped working but simply because I am Unable to charge the toothbrushes anymore. Only lasted 6-8 months for me until it became unusable.
