These are wonderful; exactly what I expected from Opinel. Blades are a little thin & flexy, and not a full tang, but that's what I expected for the price. The steel is excellent; these things take a razor edge and hold it better than more expensive knives I own. Balance is nice, and they are nice and light. Feel like a surgeon's scalpel while slicing my steaks lol. Hard to find a decent non-serrated steak knife; this is that.

Awesome knives. Only negative is they have to be handwashed. But I'll do that because they are great.

i wish they could go in the dishwasher, but they rust if you do.

Buon prodotto e a prima vista di buona qualità, anche in confronto ad altre marche di coltelli titolate, ma che in realtà commercializzano utensili(almeno nei prezzi accessibili) di scarsa qualità. Io l'ho utilizzato come regalo per cui non sono in grado di dire all'utilizzo pratico, però pur avendo il manico in legno colorato i coltelli vengono garantiti per l'uso in lavastoviglie. La spedizione pur essendo sotto le feste natalizie è stata ultra celere.

Il prodotto è buono anche se lo sto usando da poco per poterlo valutare appieno. Quello che m'interessava era un coltello da tavola tagliente ma non solo per la carne e mi sembra che questo sia il caso. Vedremo la resistenza al lavaggio in lavastoviglie anche se non consigliato.

Me fiant à leur réputation j’ai acheté ces six couteaux en toute confiance. Au bout de quatre mois d’usage très restreint, à raison de deux à la fois par seulement deux personnes, chacun coupe déjà très difficilement la viande et le saucisson par exemple.Je suis très déçu et me semble floué.Je ne recommande donc pas l’achat de ces couteaux et je le regrette
