Used these capsules to fill in betaine Hcl for acid reflux issues. I use 2 to 3 capsules filled per meal. Helps a lot, thanks.

The packaging was minimalist but came in excellent condition. I ordered the capsules to fill salt and give in case of low sodium for grandparents. Saves me lots of time to empty other capsules and refill it with salt.
