“Beautiful Watch, But Received Defective Items Twice”
This is the second time I have received a defective item. In my first order, the second hand was bent, the watch was not working properly, and all the hands were stuck together. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement item I received is also defective. This time, the pendulum is not working. I have now requested a return and refund. The watch itself is beautiful, but the quality is very disappointing. It seems the product was not properly checked or tested before being shipped to ensure that it was working correctly. I expected better quality and proper quality control before dispatch.
