Excellent! No heavy sodium in this mix. Good flavor. Not overpowering. Have used several ways. Good choice for those with MSG AND IODINE allergies. Wish a beef version was available. Good size. Much healthier choice. Lower sodium content is a plus for those with blood pressure or swelling health problems.

TASTE LIKE MARUCHAN CHICKEN RAMEN! This seasoning is perfect for those who eat healthy and can’t have those childhood comfort foods. I have food allergies but crave ramen in cold weather. This was perfect. I’m sure the seasoning would work well on other items. I used REAL NATURAL Gluten free ramen with a small pinch of seasoning and a bit of turmeric for color and black pepper added.

Just tried this out. I like the taste.. more complex than chicken bullion. I needed to use more for the bowl of soup as the flavor came across a bit weak but that could just be my taste. I ended up adding a few other flavor enhancers to my soup but again that's just my taste. I am planning to use this in place of chicken bullion in a few other dishes I make as I expect it to work out well. Overall.. happy with this product and reasonable cost. Lower sodium always a bonus.

The struggle is real in finding a quick ramen soup base that is also low in sodium. This chicken ramen seasoning by Jayuss is one of the very few that I found on Amazon that meets this very simple requirement. The best I can describe the taste is comparing it to the chicken seasoning packet in the Maruchan ramen noodle package. If you were expecting some other premium chicken taste, I’d advise to look elsewhere. While the seasoning can work on its own, here is my quick recipe of which I found to work quite good for me: 1 1/2 cup of water or so 1 tsp Jayuss chicken seasoning 1/2 tsp mushroom umami powder seasoning drizzle of sesame oil pinch or two of salt I combine this with low sodium soba noodles and it’s a quick lunch for me at home. Obviously you can top it off with grilled chicken, vegetables or an egg and it would be much more filling.

It smells and tastes delicious! Love having a natural msg free and gluten free seasoning for our gluten free ramen noodles. It’s a nice size package and like how versatile it is in other recipes.

Very versatile mix of ingredients for a low sodium ramen item. This was a good price for the amount of powder received and very simple to use just added to my boiling water and stirred in with my noodles. I am using lower sodium items these days for healthier meals. With this item I do not need the give up ramen. I added some dehydrated vegetable mix and some Mrs Dash to kick it up. I am very pleased try this out just remember it's not as salty as generic ramen seasoning packages, yet still very tasty. I used healthy low sodium noodles I also purchased on Amazon.

This is a good product and tasty if you like tumeric. That’s the caveat…it has a strong tumeric taste. Otherwise 5 stars.

I made some ramen a cpl weeks ago and thought, "I want more flavor", so I opened the flavor pack on a 2nd bag and use it, too. It made me wonder if the seasoning was sold by itself. So, I checked and VIOLA! I found this! This seemed like the best of the options I found in my search. The reviews were good, and the price wasn't crazy, so I took a shot. Wow!!!! Some people said it tastes like the seasoning that comes with Ramen noodles. I disagree. It's MUCH BETTER than that!!! The flavor is, of course, similar. This, in my opinion, has a "cleaner" kind of taste to it. I love that it doesn't have msg or gluten. It tastes like a mix of very fresh seasonings. I love the turmeric flavor in it, which I can really taste. Also the chicken bouillon flavor is excellent. Overall it's just a fabulous blend of flavors! And I love being able to use whatever amount I desire, and adjust the level for my children, too. I like my noodles more heavily seasoned, my kids like it a bit lighter. It works out great. Shortly after I got this, after many years of looking, I finally found gluten free ramen! My teenage son is a type 1 diabetic with celiac disease. It's unbelievably difficult to find things he can eat that he can also truly enjoy. He's been missing ramen since he was diagnosed at 11yo. He was overjoyed when I found the noodles, and then when he tried this seasoning he lit up! He said he wants to eat this every single day for his lunch. And even he loves that it's pretty healthy, especially compared to the standard stuff.
