It's went faulty within 2days.. And engineer has been replaced TDS controller and charge 1050.. I am really worried about using this.. All my family members got the throat infection and fell to illness.. Paid 5000 for treatment.. Not at all goodI have received the faulty Item and I was not aware about that. Later I called to your installation team they came and installed the water purifier without Cheyenne the water purity. From next day onwards we all started facing the throat infection including small baby.. Later I realized about the water purifier issue and I given called to person check the purity who did the installation. But he dinied to visit then said that will take sometime to get adjusted so just I believed him and started using the same water but later it took to wrong way hence all my family members infected and consultanted doctor with paying 5k. Later we came to know that it's water problem only..Again I have called the person to check the water purity.. He took 3 days to come to my home. Post checking he said TDS come with faulty then he charged 1050 rupees to replace that. But still I am not happy to use that.I have few questions.1. I have placed the order 15 litter capacity one but got only 10 letter once2. Why installation team will not check the water purity post installation3. Now they are charging including service and part charge4. What is mean by warranty?? Why they are charging for me.5. Not getting proper response from the 7870005005 this number

Product arrived in Amazon packaging as always. The filter itself had few scratches on the body and a fine crack on top housing. Since this is to be concealed, I did not return the product. Had to disengage the valve to start filter for first time. After that it is working normally. I will post an update on how it works.Update : 15 June 2020Yesterday the machine all fogged up where the filters are housed and started sounding different. On checking with torch I found that the machine was leaking water internally. Clearly it looked as if one of the candles had broken and was spewing water all over the place. I was concerned as electricity and water are not not good friends. I stopped the machine and opened it up to check what was wrong and found that it was not the candle but a pipe which had burst. Ive never had a pipe failure in 10 years of using water filters. This would either mean that pipe used was substandard or the machine was made to fail after few days. Managed to get hold of spare pipe and kept this machine as backup and started using old machine. Buyers beware of the quality. For absolute peace of mind go for branded products - they may cost a few thousand more but will save time and effort in long run. I managed to salvage this as I had the necessary knowledge.

It's been more than two years using this product changed RO filter after two years working well no issuesOne year warranty product which is low-cost ,out put water TDS is as required . It's out put I need my water TDS in Agra is 2000 my out put water TDS is 290 .... Thanks aqua ..I see technology not brand .... Sorry it's not for brand lovers

Instead of kent we should use this same tds output and kent is very costly

Worst experience possible, especially considering this is drinking water we are talking about.Have been using this filter now for over 10 months. We spent over 4k further to enhance the filter, as was advised by the company technician during installation. Little did I know that their service will be bad.The filter has gone bust around 4 times already. Apart from the first time, the other times the technicians took over 1 week to respond. Now, its been over a month and the filter is not working. Numerous complaints have been lodged but there is nobody who is responding apart from saying that it will be done immediately.My advice, do not even think of buying this brand or anything from the parent company. Spend a bit more and a get a more established and respectable brand from yourself. DO NOT COMPROMISE.
