Design & Color: The glass is crystal clear and remains transparent Size: The 400ml size is ideal for a single person. It comfortably fits one serving of rice, a hearty portion of curry (Sabzi/Dal), or a large salad without taking up too much space in a bag. Leak-Proof Performance: 100% Reliable. The lids feature a thick silicone gasket and four-way locking clips. You can carry liquid-heavy items like sambar or dal-tadka without any drops leaking into your bag. Microwave & Oven Safe: Highly versatile. It is made of 100% Borosilicate glass, which means it can go from the freezer straight into the microwave or oven (up to 350°C) without cracking. Note: Always remove the lid before heating. Durability: The glass is "toughened" and scratch-resistant, so it doesn't get dull like plastic. Good product... Standard Borosil Quality applies!
I liked the idea of having toughened glass container to carry my lunch to office... The containers seem to be just that - Containers - though Borosil is throwing in that blue bag with the logo for free, so this can be used as a tiffin carrier! The containers seem okay and do their job well...I am a little worried though since they are all glass and the blue bag seems like any other bags that encase non-glass products from brands like Milton or Tupperware... So special reinforcements (additional padding for example would have been nice) to protect the glass inside. However, so far it seems to be doing okay. Also, one thing to note is the size of the bag is a very tight fit for the containers. The easiest way is to turn the bag upside down, which of course one won't do if there's food in it! Putting your fingers inside and pulling the containers out is the safest option, though the tight fit of the bag makes it a "little" difficult!!! Again, this may be nitpicking... It is a good product and there are no flaws that I could see... The above things are just what it would make a great product and earn the remaining star!
