This is the item you don't realise you need in your life until you buy one! What an amazing gadget this is, it has changed my coffee making completely. It has started my interest in different coffee types, and coffee additions spices and syrups! I add liqueurs to the froths, so friends are excited by what new coffee concoction I can come up with :) Its so easy to use, and the choice of steamer or frother is perfect to cover all the options you might want. The froth type is consistent and frothy! and stays frothy, and it achieves this in very short time. The secret to easy cleaning, is to pour hot water into frother immediately after use, and use the handy cleaning sponge provided. It looks very well made and robust. The size is perfect for individual use. I would certainly buy a Rafow frother again.

It makes my drinks in such a good way. Whilst i froth up my milk in here, I’ll get to making my coffee or matcha base and then by the time i’m done, it’s ready to pour over. I’ve had a handheld whisk for YEARS but it never really did the same job. This on the other hand works like a kettle and it’s such a nifty appliance I can set up in minutes. I’ve been using it for a week so far. It frothed the milk quite nicely and makes it a barista texture when drinking. It’s super fast and perfect temperature however can be cleaned relatively easily. It also looks very sleek in our kitchen especially since the rest of our appliances are black and silver too. My only qualms is that sometimes it can get too frothy to the point you’re only drinking the froth instead of any milk so defo stir into any drink you make or add more milk. I also find the capacity is only really good for one drink at a time. Maybe two small ones which works for me since I’m really the only one in my household that has my drinks like this but if you got multiple, it’s going to feed a family in one go. The other thing is you have to be careful when you wash it if the bottom gets water into it, the manual says it can get damaged so be warned that you have to be careful! However, I definitely recommend and it’s amazing for it’s price point. And I’m sure I will get use of this all year round with their cool setting too!

Fantastic customer service and a great product. Unfortunately, my original milk frother developed a fault, but after contacting the company they were absolutely brilliant. Communication was quick, friendly and professional throughout, and they promptly sent me a brand new replacement with no hassle at all. The new frother works perfectly and has become a really useful addition to our kitchen. We use it every day for making coffees, and it’s also ideal for gently warming milk bottles for our baby, which has been an unexpected bonus. Ordered a milk frother on Amazon, plugged it in and nothing happened 🙃 no power no milk frothing such a disappointing experience. The said device was duly returned. I regard that as a lucky escape, I did more research and ordered the Rafow brand and was delighted with the product. Same day delivery which is outstanding to Aberdeen, a real quality product that does exactly what it advertises. This has transformed my morning first cup of coffee ☕️ I own a Sage bean to cup which costs more than £2K but this exceptionally well priced product delivers well beyond my expectations 😀 I'm having trouble registering the products warranty but sure I'll resolve that in due course 😉 It's without exception I give 💯 top marks and have already recommended to my friends.

Love this milk frother. It’s amazingly quick and quiet. I’ve tried all settings and they deliver the perfect density of froth and heat. So easy to clean under a running tap with the handy little sponge enclosed, you do need to remember not to immerse it fully in water. I haven’t experienced any burning on the base of the jug. This replaced an expensive Illy frother which gave up the ghost after only 2 years. I’m very happy with my purchase and happy to recommend.

Purchased in November 2024 after trying various other milk frothers. It works really well! However, the lining of the frother is starting to disintegrate now ... great shame. I'm going back to the Morpilot which now do a stainless steel jug (Annoyingly I broke the glass jug one :( ) and am hoping to have a lasting uncomplicated milk frother at last.

I purchased this foamer in January, 2026. Initially it worked very well. Nice foam in my coffee and the unit was easy to clean. However, in March/26, the foamer started acting up. It was still working but would only work on one mode (the first one). I almost immediately thought I was out of luck since I had already thrown the box away. I decided to go back into Amazon to see if there was anything I could do. I sent an email to the company explaining the issue. I have to say I wasn't optimistic that they would even get back to me, let alone give me some options. To my surprise, I promptly received an email back asking for a short video of what the machine was doing - and they would have a look and get back to me. Within a day or so, I received another email advising that water probably got into the machine which was impacting the operation. Not only that, they immediately offered to either send me a brand new unit or refund me my money. Since I really like the machine, notwithstanding this particular issue which could have been due to a mistake on my part, I asked for a new unit. Believe it or not, the brand new unit appeared at my house within a day or two. Needless to day, I was totally impressed and I look forward to making sure water doesn't get into this one and many years of great foaming. Thank you again for your excellent service!
