Is it sharp enough to cut anything or is it weak ??? I want for bhm ???

You can de bone a chicken ,fillet a fish,slice,shred ,mince etc easily

Is it for fish cleaning use?

I have purchased it with a couple of month ago as per the rating and comment. But it lost its sharpness in a month only. Please purchase some other brand item.
