Arrived faster than it should've which is a huge bonus. Installing was really easy, all the screws and bolts and nuts were well sorted, some of which even had an extra screw in case you would lose one. Thing feels sturdy, cable management slots are a bit narrow but no big issue, since all i need to toss in there is the DP cable and power cable. The gas spring's tension can be easily adjust any time according to the weight of your monitor. For reference, about 1 turn from the minimal spring load is excellent for my AOC gaming monitor to not sag or spring up high. All in all a really good deal for the price, both in terms of quality, and ease of use.

The first one I ordered was defective (main tension screw was way too tight and even unscrewed all the way, the arm had way too much lift to it). Returned and received a replacement (and I do appreciate the ease of returns, and reordering with minimal hassle). The replacement has been excellent. Easy to put together and installs exactly as it should. Setting the tension on this one was no problem and it holds my monitor exactly where I need it to be, but also easily moves wherever I need it to be, and stays there. The build and quality seem excellent. Metal seems substantial, plastic feels thick and secure on the arm, and it holds everything well. I could pay a lot more to buy something which does the exact same thing, but why would I?

Jag tyckte det var enkelt att följa instruktionerna och att få allt på plats förutom en sak. Mina skärmar var något rundade runt vesa fästena vilket i instruktionerna visade att man skulle använda medföljande plast distanser och dom längre skruvarna. Men det passade inte riktigt för då blev skruvarna för långa trots distansen och det blev glapp och med dom kortare skruven blev alldeles för korta. Så jag fick modifiera dom korta skruven och med en avbitartång ta bort en del av skruvhuvudet som är av plast. Efter det så passade det hela perfekt. Med allting på plats så är jag mycket nöjd.
