This thing is great! Okay, most people want to know about weight loss, so I'll start there. I've only been using it for a few days, but already I'm consistently losing about a quarter pound every day. I'm finally feeling positive about getting back in shape! I used to go for long walks every day and had lost 30 lbs. in 5 or 6 months. But a year ago, I fell while walking and couldn't walk more than a short distance for months afterward. I never got back into the habit of walking every day. Part of the reason was pain in my hip (the one I fell on), and the fact that I'd gotten out of shape and gained some of the weight back. I was worried my hip would hurt while using this. It did a little at first, but after just a few days, my pain is almost completely gone! Even at night! For that alone, this is well worth the price. Pretty soon, I should be back to my daily walks, but I'll also continue to use this every day. I'd been shopping around for one of these for awhile. I almost ordered the smaller one because it cost less and would take up less space, but after reading some reviews, I realized a wider one would be more versatile, and I didn't like that the display was in the center on the smaller one. This one also has a simpler remote. Speaking of the remote, I was surprised (literally) to find that it's on the same frequency as my overhead light/fan! I couldn't help laughing when the light started turning off and on as I was operating the platform! So of course I pointed it at the ceiling and experimented. The various buttons operate almost all of the light/fan functions! Not a problem, I just have to keep it in mind. (And I now have a spare remote!) A few extra points here: The manual shows lots of different exercises you can do. Well, I'm 70 and out of shape, so I can't do most of those. I have found that just changing my position a little has differing effects. Just leaning a little to the side noticeably increases the vibrations. I can even feel it in my face and down to my fingertips. Leaning a little bit forward, I can feel it stronger in my back. It's like getting a back massage. I look forward to figuring out more ways to improve my workout and the effectiveness of this vibration plate. One last point is that I'm glad I was careful about choosing one that doesn't have those big round nubs that are supposed to massage the bottom of your feet. My feet are very sensitive, so I knew those would be very uncomfortable, even painful on my feet.

I’ve had this now since the end of December. I had actually attempted to order 2 others from different companies but neither of them came. I was planning to do reviews to see which one was the best. Anyway, I was very very happy when this one finally came. I tried it out the first couple of days and MAN did it feel soooo good! I have lupus and a host of other issues which makes it impossible for me to work out at the gym because it always flares me up. I thought I’d give this a try since I’d seen so many people raving about them and now I see why! I usually have MAJOR pains just about every single day normally. Since I’ve been using this I have noticed a huge difference in my pain levels. Also, I think it’s cool that it targets multiple areas of the body depending on the function and how you stand on it. All in all I’m very very pleased and I really love it! I use it so much and it’s helped A LOT. It doesn’t ELIMINATE my pains, but it definitely eases them a lot. I have already recommended getting one to at least 5 different people now lol definitely worth the buy

My friend recommended this. So easy to use. Gives me a great workout. I can definitely feel more energetic when I use this. Quality of this is amazing. Love the vibration levels. Can recommend without any hesitations.

I love this thing!! It’s done wonders for my RLS. Any time my legs start jerking I hop on and do 10 minutes and they stop. I’ve noticed the more I use it the thinner and smoother my legs have become too. My mom got one as well and it’s helping her with lymphedema. I’ve had a friend and my sister buy one too. We all use one now for are jerky legs 🤣

The vibration plate does exactly what it says—it vibrates, has a timer, and multiple levels. I feel secure standing on it, which is important. That said, I haven’t seen the dramatic results that others rave about. It’s fine for what it is, but I’d say manage your expectations.

Interesting machine. I use it when I’m watching TV. I don’t think it’s helping lose any weight but it does help my legs/knees. There are different programs and speeds. My dogs hate the sound and run outside when I use it! Gives me a break.

説明書が英語だけなので日本語も欲しい。またプログラムの説明がない。使い方の説明をもう少し詳しくして欲しい。以上送って下さい。
