not with a perfect finish.
I'm happy with the product though. However, it does not have a perfect finish.And note that the base is just a cut out PVC tube. Could have all-steel or at least painted well.

Plastic base short stack had to utilize a flag post to just have a good feel for balance

It is not balanced.
It doesn't even balance. This is cheaply made and the weight balance is off on the one I received.
