Works fine after normal usage for almost an year. All it needs is little lubrication once in a while. Must have item in tool kit

It works, but if you want to avoid cutting the conductor, only the isolator, it's slightly difficult as the 'knife' is not that sharp. The thickness can be adjusted with a screw, that requires a screwdriver; it's quite sensitive: a little forward or backward makes a relatively large difference, because wires thickness are only a few mm or less. I found that slightly cumbersome. Otherwise good product. If you need to use it frequently, you might consider an alternative.

THE LOCKING SCREW IS NOT POSITION WELL, DUE TO THIS IT TAKES TIME TO LOCK IT. NEEDS TO IMPROVE. OTHERWISE WIRE CUTTING IS GOOD.
