I have ADHD and was out of my medication for a few weeks and bought these hoping they might help. The first few days, I could notice a small difference--I would say probably 20% of the focus I get from medication, but it quickly dissipated within an hour or two. I continued taking them, and after about two weeks I can honestly say I definitely noticed an improvement in my focus, memory, and the overall duration of effect. As others have said, it's certainly not a miracle pill and for my fellow ADHDers, this likely won't be able to replace your medication long term. But, for the average person looking for a boost in focus, I think it would be perfect!My only complaint is the texture. I've taken Olly gummy vitamins in the past which are very chewy--these are completely different. The only description I can give is that they are extremely easy to chew through, but thick. The first time I tried them they made me gag, so now I just split them in two and swallow them to avoid what feels like a very creepy texture to me. Lol But, a lot of people really like these and think they taste great, so it might just be a "me" problem. If you also struggle with textures sometimes, just be aware :)

These are amazing! They help me so much when it comes to school and studying. I get distracted so easily and I notice the difference immediately when I stop taking these. When i’m taking lemme focus more sharp, alert and productive. When I stop taking them I’m constantly debating things for hours and all over the place. These are so yummy and make taking my morning supplements fun. They feel and taste just like any gummy candy you’ve had before and they’re so easy on the stomach to digest! Overall 10/10
