I got these for Vitamin C and Vitamin D together. I like capsules so i dont get much of the flavor of the zinc supplements. The best-by date is 22-months in the future.

I love that this product is made in the USA! It is a great value for an American product and is a 1-month supply of these healthy ingredients, which makes it quick and easy to add to my daily health routine. I take 2 capsules in the morning with my breakfast to give me a little boost to get going on my day and am hoping to reap the anti-aging and immune health support with regular use. The capsules are normal size and are easy to swallow. They are odorless and flavorless. I have not experienced any negative side effects while taking these, but I do take them with food as a precaution.

I've been wanting to try berberine for a while and this supplement is a great way start. I love that its combined with Reservatrol, quercetin and grapeseed extract and some great antioxidants like green tea and blueberry. Plus its third party lab tested and made in the USA. To take all of these supplements individually would be ridiculous and expensive. With this supplement you get everything in two capsules a day. The capsules themselves are not very large and they are easy to swallow. So far, I haven't had any adverse reaction to the ingredients. As for the long term effects, I probably won't know if it’s working for a while, but I plan to keep taking this supplement for at least three months and will adjust my review.
