I usually would wear a medium but sized up and bought a large to have a swim binder for the summer. tried it on and it still binds phenomenally even though i sized up! 10/10 would recommend, esp for swimming or if other binders cause discomfort. for reference, my bust is 35in, underbust is 31in and i would typically wear a B cup. no side spillage, no uncomfortable arm holes. overall very good!! it does have an elastic band around the bottom, but i like that bc it keeps it from rolling up. very breathable! not difficult to put on/wear! fits great and binds great esp for sizing up for swim, though it is def true to size, so do not size up if you want an every-day binder

Over all I’m happy with this binder. It held me in. The material is comfortable. It does stretch out a little but after wear. Armpit area was a little bit too loose, so I ended up putting a couple stitches there to fix it.

Best amazon binder there is. Very comfortable. I got this once as an emergency cause I lost mine and didn't have another. It was very comfortable and this is still my go-to. Very long lasting, though I'd reccomend hand washing. The dryer can help shrink it up if you've already made the mistake, though. The bottom stretchy part does get a little bent but nothing ironing won't fix.

So the compression is the most important thing here, and this DOES compress your chest way down. However. It's slightly too short, so you end up having to pull the tits up to keep them from slipping out the bottom multiple times a day, which reduces the overall compressive effect. The straps are also WAYYYYY too wide where it attaches to the main body of the garment, wearing this for even two hours gives me a small irritation rash on the front of the armpit area from the fabric rubbing every time I move my arms. I wear this when I'm out of other options, but I groan every time I realize it's the only one left in my drawer and go to start doing laundry.For dimension reference, I'm 5'9", 215lbs, 38G, and ordered a 4xAgain, the main part of this fits, it's just oddly short and oddly wide to the extent that it causes problems. If you are a stocky person, this might be perfect on you.

Really thin material, and it fit well at first. But after using it a couple of days, it’s started to stretch out and not work as well as it first did. It is breathable because it only has binder material on the front side, but that also causes it to be less flattening. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it. It’s better to just buy a different binder for a little more money if that means it will flatten longer.Also it’s so loose that my chest hangs out and I have to constantly adjust it all day, and then it spools out the armpit area. I guess this would be good for smaller chests and if you wanted to work out.

I got this for my eldest daughter because she's uncomfortable with her chest. It's very snug, so she has some trouble getting it on, but overall we like it.

Ordered a size 2x,was hoping it would fit considering that's the size of the sports bras I wear. I was very pleased with how flat it made me considering I'm almost a c-cup.
