DRMODE Ingrown Toenail Clippers for Thick Toenails for Seniors

These are magnificent toenail clippers! I’d planned on ordering a pair that have the clippers on the side of the handle, but when I came across these the curved blade part had me intrigued & the reviews convinced me to give them a try. First off, they feel so much nicer & sturdier than any other pair of clippers I’ve ever had- like they’ll last forever honestly. Secondly, they’re perfectly sharp- some of the reviews had me scared I could accidentally cut off a finger or my nose or something from the way they were worded, but as long as you’re not recklessly swinging them around like ginsu knives or cutting your nails after a night guzzling alcohol I don’t think that’s anything you really need to worry about. Thirdly, I really like how wide they open- I haven’t had a problem w/thick toenails in the past but over the last couple of years my 2 “big toes” seem to have started their own aging process so they’re more of an effort to cut. These clippers don’t use the regular tension hinge set-up like all the others I’ve used over my entire life, so along with giving them the ability to open wider, it’s also probably a major factor in their longevity. I don’t just use them on my toenails either- they can cut so precisely I use them on my fingers too. If I’d thought about it I’d have taken a video when I clipped my nails a few minutes ago but I blew it. They work so well that you’re done before you know it, then it’s too late to catch the process. Considering how great these work & how well they’re made- absolutely a huge value- I’m surprised they didn’t cost twice as much. But then, if they had, I might not have tried them. I’ll come back and add a video when my nails grow back because it doesn’t look like anyone has yet. Oh, one more thing- the little metal container they come in is definitely an added bonus- makes them easier to keep track of and find as long as you put them back in the container when you’re done with them!

I happen to have very thick and strong nails. As I have gained in age — I am now past 85 — my toenails have become very heavy and have curled up. Meanwhile my hands are less steady and my legs less flexible. Regular nail clippers have become useless and my toenails more troublesome. Discovering the DRMODE clippers has solved my challenges. These nail clippers are ergonomically very well designed: I can hold them very well in two directions. The handles are long enough to give me good and easy leverage. The cutting edges are sharp on both sides. The hollow space is spacious enough to collect very large clippings. The separate finishing file offers both a sandy side to smooth any nail angle remaining after clipping and a finer side to ensure that my nails will not catch any fabric. This is German design at its best: thorough thinking and strong built.

These are the best ever nail clippers I have ever owned. They are a must for those with reduced hand/finger strength as it takes less pressure to make the cut, even with toe nails. In addition, the length of the handles makes positioning the clipper cutting edge visible and more accurate to avoid cutting too deep. Overall, this nail clipper is stress free, reduces damage and reduces procrastination to trim ones nails. Five Stars! For those who found this clipper less than perfect I suspect they may be unsteady, impatient or expecting too much from the clipper and too little from themselves.

Good toenail clippers. Long handles are great. Much easier to use. My only complaint, is that they tend to be slippery and eventually dropped. They need to fix that part.

These clippers are perfect for seniors. Sharp and long handles make it easy to operate.

These work great!! A little to good. I cut a nail to short 😬 but way easier than the normal clippers thank you!!

This is by far the best clippers I’ve found. I have bought many different kinds and they are just not easy to use and the results were poor. I have trouble with hand strength and dexterity and these were so easy to use. I love them.

I highly recommend these. I no longer dread cutting my toenails, even the really thick ones. The clippers are sharp and have very wide jaws, with long handles for lots of leverage. I am well pleased.

Produit apparemment de qualité. Emballage sympa (rangement métallique avec couvercle coulissant elle même dans une boîte en carton). Lime à ongle un peu gadget (mais tout métal) qui a quand même le mérite d'être là... Satisfaisant !!! ;)

As a 77 year old man I have a big toe nail that is extremely thick . These nail cutter are easy to use making them Great value for money
