Lello Ariete Cafe Roma Deluxe Espresso/Cappuccino Maker with Built-In Coffee Grinder

I bought a lello 45920 Ariete coffee machine from Amazon last year, and in one month, by accident, my water tank broke. since then, I was trying to get a spare part, but could not get a supplier. I asked Amazon, but got not usefull help.The product is good, I am still using the machine with a small glass water reservoir(200 cc) but Have to fill it for every time I prepare coffee.I am affraid what will happen when seals wear and I will need replace them!!!Velimir Kraly

Well, after having the machine for almost two months, it now leaks water and steam everywhere. Try to get it fixed!!! Forget it. No one will work on it, because they can't get parts for it. Warranty is a joke, as there is no place to send it. A big waste of money.

I love to make my own latte or capuccino because I know it beats going to Starbuks in many ways. So we puchase this product about 4 months ago and we are not impressed at all. The gridnder is very inconvenient to keep it locked in place and there is no way of telling how much is enough for one or two espresso cups. But worst of all the plastic wand broke off few days ago and we can't re-attach it because the thread is bad. We are now frothing without the wand and we don't know how and where to get replacement. We were looking for the best espresso machine but we are now on the verge of dissapointment.HA from VA

After five years of heavy usage making at least 5 coffees a day I still wonder what am i going to buy if this one finally will be turning to pieces... I tried Saeco ( manual and automatic), Braun Kuerig, Nesspresso and they were good to great in some extent, but the taste of the coffe was not up to par to Ariete Lello.The only problem I had after 3 years of using it got some air into the system, but that was fixed by my neighbor. It's very important to use quality filtered water to avoid scale buildup...( I use reverse osmosis system which works great) - I just hope it's going to last couple of years more.

At first I had trouble getting a good cup of coffee, but I finally figured it out. A friend told me it will be the best coffee I have ever tasted. He was absolutely correct. It has the grinder right there, than you make the espresso, and than I make cappuccino. The secret of this machine is to let it get hot enough and put in the correct amount of coffee. It is so much better than anything Starbucks makes.

THE unit after two months started to leak from the place where the coffee comes out.I contacted the company (after I sent in the guarantee paper they never called backnow the coffee grinder also not workinglooks nice but is not a good machine.

Thus far the machine has exceeded expectations, turning out three cappuccinos, two macchiatos and several pulls of espresso for the office. Machine seems to heat quickly, produces excellent micro-froth from milk, grinds good (to my novice judgement) espresso grind coffee and creates excellent crema. The odd-looking filter holder is pretty weighty and has some sort of pressurization system that they claim helps produce good-quality crema. Thus far, based upon results alone, I'm forced to agree. Bravo, Ariete!

This is far the best machine I've ever had..I have made over 50 lattes since Xmas and everyone has turned out perfect!!! The only thing is my frother tip threads is stripped and I had to thread tape it... Seems to be working
