Will this work on a vehicle that has a servo for shifting forward and reverse?

How does the receiver get power? I have a battery and 2 servos, but dont see where to plug the battery in

Hi, If you just want power on the receiver to test it, you could plug a 2S lipo battery any channel. Just need you pay attention to the positive and negative poles. If you want use the receiver on a car, normally the receiver is powered on by the ESC(Electronic Speed Control), the connection method is to plug the battery to ESC and connect the ESC to the channel 2(throttle control) of the receiver. And plug the steering servo to the channel 1. The other servos could connect to channel 3-6. Please kindly refer to the attached video instruction. Does this work for an RC with a hand break and headlights ?

Hi, yes, this DUMBORC X6 transmitter can work for an RC with a hand break and headlights, you could set different channels to control them. Please kindly check if your ESC mode and throttle reverse on the controller is consistent before you control your vehicle; and you also need a rc switch board when connecting the headlights.

This will work with any receiver ?

Hi, no, it can only work with Dumborc receiver X6FG/X6F/X6DC/X6A, and the standard package comes with the R6FG Gyro receiver.

Easy install and set up!

I purchased this transmitter and receiver to replace the 4 channel Dumbo (Cross RC branded) transmitter and receiver in My Cross RC NT-4 Unimog RTR because it would randomly stop running for about 1 to 2 seconds, every 5 minutes or so. This was out of the box issue, of which I knew about before hand. It was basically a plug and play job, but I did have to set the end points on channel 3 for the high and low gears. This also was easy. Everything that You need to know is in the included instructions booklet. I have NO more issues with My rig cutting out. Dumbo make so pretty good devices in My opinion, and this is the only out of the box problem with a factory issued Dumbo set that I have ever encountered. I would recommend this 6 channel set-up! It is very responsive and has excellent range for crawlers.
