I need the silk keratin serum ! I used one in the box I need other to relaxer my hair next month! Where do you get the silk keratine serum

This is not sold seperatly. What you can do is use a good conditioner after you rinse the relaxer out and let it remain on your hair for the same amount of time. Then use the nutralizing shampoo. I got that tip from a professional hair stylist and I have been doing this for years since you only get 1 in the kit. Hope this helps.

If i wash my hair, before i use the serum packet from dark and lovely what will happen to my hair?

can this work best on thick black hair?

My hair is not really thick, but is what is sometimes categorized as "resistant". Dark and Lovely is a very good brand. And super works better than regular on my hair. I guess you should just try it.

If you follow the instructions, you should be good to go. There is a recommended wait time between applications (4 to 6 weeks), during which time you should shampoo at least once or twice. between applications.
