I have used this all summer and fall. It’s perfect for ice cream, wine slushy, or a frozen fruit juice. It works fast and easily to operate.

After reading many of the reviews we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt "what a big mistake". The unit we received was not the same unit advertised "was a lower model with less features" The machine came in a mini crate well packaged earlier than expected, after waiting 24hrs to use it we cleaned it as directed and attempted to make slushies. We ran the machine several times for several hours with no results "it just would not make slushies". After calling the 800 # for support we engaged in 4 days of communication via email that consisted of them asking a question @ 2am CST us responding promptly and not getting a response until the next night @ 2am - no matter how quickly we responded to their questions we would receive a reply the next night. Finally we decided to return the unit as it had become more frustrating than anything. The unit is loud while it's running we found ourselves almost yelling while standing near it. Lastly don't buy this unit, looking at the reviews you can see that you have a 60/40 chance of getting one that actually works "that's 60% it wont work & 40% it will" Although this unit is a little on the high side price wise we will spend the extra money to get a better quality machine.Update: The last email we received from the vendor asked us to have the device looked at to determine what part is broken and they will send us the part for free... So were supposed to spend more money to have the "brand new" device looked at, then turn around and spend even more money to have someone replace the defective part. All the extra money we would've spent to keep this unit only validated our decision to buy a higher priced better quality machine.

lasted 4 times then just will not freeze slushy only keeps it cold like your refrigerator. manufacturer will not respond to anything on webiste and asurion extended warranty says it still covered by manufacture warranty. one will not respond the other passes the buck. save 500.00 on the product and 50.00 on the extended warranty.

Machine works well. Even outside in 95 degree weather and out of the sun, we are still able to make refreshing lemonade slushies. Make sure you use the proper ratio of snow cone syrup/ beverage syrup to the machine. We used 1:4 for the picture shown and it came out fantastic.

Would I purchase this? It is not freezing after I only use it like four times.

I was super excited to get this machine as I have had a machine before but was excited on getting a smaller one. To start there was noticeable damage on the side where it looked like it was dropped. Honestly it was not super noticeable until you look at it at a certain angle and you can see the buldge. The next thing was it did NOT have the container that holds the liquid on the right way, if I had not had a machine before and knew what to look for it would have been a disaster. Thank god I had some food grade lubricant to get the container on the proper way. The instructions have absolutely no guidance on how the machine operates and there is almost nothing on the internet to show how to properly operate it. I mixed a test batch of drink mix and turned on and it seemed to work, but after the machine was running for about an hour I hear a loud beep and error code 😫 I open the top and it was hot , no sign of it cooling what’s so ever. Again sat and troubleshoot this dang machine for 2 hours before giving up . Honestly one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever had and I love vevor products!So don’t waist your time no matter how tempted you may be because it was such a waist of time.

Description in Amazon - You can enjoy the taste of summer all year long and use it to make various kinds of cold drinks, such as fruit juice, tea, Slurpees, frozen cocktails, iced coffee, etc. FROZEN COCKTAILS in my definition is a Margarita. Ordered machine the first thing I see reading the instruction booklet is do not add alcohol to this machine. How do you fix a Frozen Cocktail w/o Alcohol. Maybe change the description in Amazon - Frozen Virgin Cocktails. Sad I didn't have machine for my party! The Machine looked nice, ordering another Margarita Machine.

Do NOT waste your money on Vevor products. I have had to replace every Vevor piece of equipment that I purchased. These products lasted only months. And customer service is non existent. I purchased an ice machine (it went out in 5 months). A countertop cold hold ( went out in 6 months) countertop hot hold display case went out in 6 months. Slushy machine went out in 7 months. Snow ice shaver went out in 5 months. The only thing they would replace was the ice maker machine and that's because I actually ordered that from Lowe's and they helped me get a different one. Point is Vevor sucks don't waste your money like I did!
