My son has oral sensory sensitivities and doesn't eat any actual real fruits, vegetables, berries or anything like that. He's been taking these for years along with some other supplements and they've been great to help make up for what he's lacking in his diet. I just noticed that the label now says "for women". You quit smoking, exercise, change your diet, drink more water, give up sugar and simple carbs and ALSO take this. I did all the above (except smoking. I never smoked) and I lost 100 pounds and am now fine tuning my health. Will order it again and see how my blood work looks in six months.
