I originally bought this air fryer back in August of last year. It performed really well until about a month ago, it started acting up and turning off randomly while cooking. Eventually, it stopped working altogether, even though there was no damage to the machine. I decided to email Kitchen Elite directly and tell them what happened. Their customer service team was quick to respond, and after a little bit of correspondence with them, they ended up sending me a new replacement for free. So even though the original air fryer only lasted about 7 months, I’m giving it 5 stars because I like the air fryer and I appreciate the way their company handled the situation.

This air fryer has been such an upgrade to my kitchen. There is a screen on the air fryer that has a lot of functions to choose from and it has helped me a lot. I used to google certain times/temperatures to air fry things and this has a great function where you can choose what you are air frying. An example of this is chicken, you can click the button and there are designated settings to help with that and it has been great. It has a decent amount of space and is really easy to clean. The best part of this is the fact that the design of the air fryer matches with my kitchen interior. Absolutely love this air fryer because it cooks my meals so well

This is a great air fryer for the price. It makes cooking so much easier because I don’t have to heat the entire house up by turning on the oven. I did take 1 star off because the metal tray inside lays pretty flat on the bottom so if you’re making something like shrimp, you may have to drain some of that water it produces out while cooking

I have been very pleased with this Air fryer. Haven’t had any issues with cooking my food. However after 7 months it stoped working.. Reason I’m still giving 5 stars is because when I reached out to brand customer service they immediately sent me a brand new unit. Also I noticed that unfortunately in the air frying world this can happen to manny brands so thankful to Kitchen Elite and Poppy for the swift and smooth process in getting a replacement!

Purchased this August 24,2024. It started having issues in recent months registering the basket was inserted. Sometimes it would continue running when the basket was pulled out, other times we had to push/pull it in and out repeatedly to get it to work - now it doesn’t register/turn on at all. Came back to check if there is a warranty and see others saying it stopped working at 7 months for them, as well. I’m now regretting giving away the air fryer I had been using for years with no issues.Prior to this, however, I thought it was great. I reached out to customer service, and will update my review if they respond/replace it.

I had a malfunction with the air fryer and had to contact the manufacturer. The process was so easy: they got back to me very quickly and offered to replace it. Overall my experience has been very positive with them.

Updated Review:I received a replacement oven and it works great. As with any item some has flaws. The seller was quick to make it right and I am glad because this is an amazing product! Works great and I do not have to use my big oven and make the whole house hot as a result.Original Review:It is a great idea but the one I got has hot spots and burned
