My teenage granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with this mannequin head! It quickly became her favorite gift. The quality of the hair is excellent and allows her to practice countless hairstyles, braids, and styling techniques. She has spent hours and hours using it and continues to enjoy it every day. My daughter is 12 but does her own hair a lot and asked for a head so she can practice styles on. She is also considering becoming a hairdresser so styles makeup and hair constantly. This mannequin is nice it clips on to her vanity. It is easy to style and the hair combs through nicely. It doesn’t shed too much and seems like it will be easy to curl and cut if she chooses to.

I just got it, there’s a bald spot, hair doesn’t feel real at all (I will be try hot tools) and it’s shedding like crazy. Edit a few days later it did not work with hot tools. Very disappointed I wasted money on this.

This was purchased for my niece that is almost 3 & 1/2. For the amount of items included in it, ease of using for practicing makeup looks, and the fairly dense and long hair to practice on.... It's a great deal, esp for someone looking to use it as a toy or to learn new looks. The color was a good match to the image though I'd call it light auburn brown. My niece LOVES it and is learning how to use make up, make up brushes, and is learning to do basic hair styles. We have yet to wash the hair or use heating tools but will update if she gets to that level of hair styling. She ADORES has it attached to her little vanity. Makeup of all kind (adult & teen/,child) has simply wiped off with baby wipes or make up remover wipes. Plus, she loves that she always has a willing face to practice on or hair to brush/style. I think it might even be her fav gift she got for Xmas! I'm excited to give her my older makeup (or stuff I didn't like as much) so she can save her "good" makeup for her face.

Little less shedding but pretty good overall. Washed and air dried. Doesn’t tangle which is good. Hair feels soft and natural. Love the color of hair. I feel like it’s gonna last a long time. Perfect size for my daughter to practice on. Comes with some accessories.

My 3rd purchase! These dolls are great for 6-12 yr old girls! It started with my 2nd oldest granddaughter asked me for it for a Christmas present. 2 yrs later her sister, 4 yrs later my youngest. They practically have a hair salon going in there when they get together! In all seriousness, they really help girls learn to brush and manage their hair!

Hair is very long and thick and you can practice updo’s and styles and it doesn’t tangle like your average mannequin but its not good material its barely real. Ive done a strain test with 30% developer and she lifted, but it wasn’t pretty. I also like to add shes barely get wet in the roots no matter how much water you spray on her and the hair smells bad. She sheds a lot but all mannequins do lol. Shes ideal for updos and styling and maybe haircutting but nothing else

My 7 year old granddaughter loved this. Great for allowing her to experiment with lovely long hair and has kept her happy for hours on end. Purchased a stand which fit great. The hair was lovely and soft and long just as I wanted. I would definitely recommend.
