Good all in one system
It's got everything needed to get started with hydroponics. Feels sturdy and leak proof. It is aesthetically decent in design and doesn't look too much like a science project. I thought the water pump was a bit too loud for indoor use. So I swapped it out with a sicce .5 pump and it is silent enough to sit next to my office desk and no one can hear it over calls. The price seems a little high for what you get. However, I have experienced the vertical tower kits in this price range and I feel this growell unit is a better value.

Good Product, Bad Pump
Good Product, but the pump went out on me about 4 months after using it. The pump was not run continuously and was on a cycle. Once the pump stopped, I didn't realize it right away and now I am not sure how the plants will hold up. I have ordered another pump, because I can not get ahold of the company. Really thought the pump would last longer, hopefully the plants survive.

Fairly easy to assemble. Came with one of the 3 LED grow lights broken.

Systems seems to work great, so far. I didnโt receive enough pod labels (received 12) or pod covers (received 30) I checked on Amazon, but I couldnโt find the ones specifically made for the Growell hydro garden. Nor have I been able to located on the manufacturers website.

No app information and no help
The product works great but there is no customer service and Amazon is not helpful. I tried to find the app information for the smart plug and found an email address. I wrote to them and said it was on Amazon, which it is not.

I wish I bought this 10 years ago I would have bought 3.
I have a black thumb I cannot keep anything alive. I spent thousands of dollars over the last decade trying to grow with soil. Now that I switched to hydroponics I am having great success so far with plants that never would have sprouted for me before. Hydroponics > Soil. Great kit a bit pricy but worth it.
