I used these peel and stick tiles to redo my laundry room on a budget. Few things to note are: the tiles are light because underneath the ‘durable’ top is foam and then the adhesive. The foam unfortunately means that you do sightly see the lines of the previous flooring underneath the tile (2nd pic). I put these overtop linoleum and the adhesive is STRONG. Positive is I don’t think it’s going to move an inch but negative is that when it’s not exactly right it’s hard to reposition. I would say it borderline non-renter friendly as sticky as it is. I can’t comment on how durable it is yet because it’s freshly installed but I can confidently say that this product should hold up fine in a lower-traffic area. I used a straight edge, cutting board, and a box cutter to make my cuts. This was very easy to do. I do think it looks very good and almost professional if you spend the time to be precise. My room is ~20 sqft and it took ~3.5hrs to do start to finish with one other person helping. We used 2 sets of packages for this space and had wasted about 3-4 tiles due to mess ups and still had ~4 tiles left over so I would say the square foot estimate is very accurate. Last thing which is why I don’t give it 5 stars is that there are NO GROUT LINES (3rd pic). We butted the tiles up right next to each other to get around this. But I really do think the other products with built in grout lines have a leg up on this product because they just look more realistic than without them. Overall, the product is 100% good for the price and I’m very happy with how it turned out.

Opened the box and it’s a hard no. These look super cheap. Can’t imagine they’ll last more than a year. They’re overpriced pieces of plastic.Definitely returning.

I do a lot of diy and figured this would be easy. NOT! The hex patter is lovely but I find it doesn’t fit perfectly. Also it’s def a difficult pattern to lay. Requires alot of patience some cutting and lift and relaying. I’ll be happy when it’s done and will take pics and add.The density of the tile is great quality. The pattern is beautiful.One note I thought I could lay it down without filling the grout lines. That was a fail so I stopped and bought a filler to help level the floor. I had square tile before so the hex pattern some of the tiles literally edge up to the grout which makes it dip.I would buy this product 100% but would opt for a square tile to make it easier and quicker to lay. Which is why I deducted 1 star
