Good for hard days.
Really nice BCAA powder! I actually feel that on the hard days, my recovery is better. I recommend if you feel sore and work hard.

Used diffrente aminos in my life but this is a no for me. Fine powder, easy to mix, however the taste is bad and realy light flavour, like a fizzy vitamin tablet you put in water...
