All functions work and was good value.
The key fob looks and feels great. I had to work through the programming but i did get it done. I had to do some online searches to figure out the little things needed to program that are specific to key programming. Once done works great. Way less expensive than going to a dealer. You really need a key functioning key fob prior to programming this. So don't let yourself get down to only one key fob and then lose it because that could be big bucks to get one made.

Works Fine
I ordered this and took it to the local locksmith to have the key made. I asked if he could program it and he said no, they just replace the chip from my old key. I thought great ...I was still charged $40.00 for the service. Unknow to me (hey I am an old lady!) this comes with a chip. Had I known this I would have tried to do this myself rather than spending the $40.00. I guess I shouldn't complain because I had called my local Toyota dealer and they wanted $150.00 for a replacement key. Bottom line, great way to save some money!

Key with remote entry
I only write honest reviews. So I have a 09 Toyota scion XB when I bought the car used it only came with the one remote key entry key so I decided I needed a new in case I lost or it broke the one I have . Was searching on amazon came across this key a lil hesitant to buy just cause that’s who I am but let me tell you I’m glad I purchased it . The price $$$ was great for key fob . I did have to take to lock smith to have key cut and program the price for that included both which was about $75 but all well worth it. The key works like a charm. Going to the dealership would have been around $300.00 or so. So buy the key if ur in need of a new one 👍🏾👍🏾. You won’t be disappointed

Very easy
Perfect replacement for a broken case. I took out the working electronics in the old FOB and put in the new FOB. Took key to dealer to cut the key for small fee. Much cheaper than just buying a key from dealer or programming one. Totally worth it.
