I’ve been really impressed with Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear. They’re incredibly comfortable and feel just like regular underwear—soft, flexible, and not bulky at all. I have been using incontinence products for several years and finally, as I get worse, I have been developing diaper rash. I mentioned this embarrassing situation to my daughter who recently had a baby. She said switch to "natural" products, it could the chemicals for fragrance and absorbancy in them. She was right. So I've been ordering all the "natural" products Amazon carries. Then I saw this Always product for sensitive skin. And boy, am I sensitive "down there." These fit perfectly and work great! My discomfort is healing up and these are contributing. I recommend these. I can use 4-5 a day with no issues. There is a tiny odor when I change but I'd rather have that than chemicals. I just fold them up and into the bag they go. Thank you Always!

I really think this is a great product, I buy them for my daughter who is disabled, but do not understand why they are so expense.

Parfait pour les mamans qui accouchent, beaucoup plus confortables que les grosses serviettes et beaucoup moin de stress que ça déborde. Faites attention par contre pour les plus sensibles il y a une petite fragance dans les couches. Très confortables et subtiles
