Love this soap. It smells really good and keeps your hands soft. I read the reviews before hand and a lot of them talked about how the pump does’t work. At first I was struggling but then I figured it out. It is not your standard pull up and twist pump. You actually have to push it down till you hear a pop. I bought two, on one of them I pushed down hard and it popped and worked. On the second one I pushed down and twisted while I was pushing down and then it popped and worked. It’s just a different pump but nothing is wrong with it.

I love this fragrance (Dean Street). It has a hint of citrus and smells fresh and clean. It also lasts a long time. This is my second bottle.

Love the scent and what I wanted most! I did have a bit of a challenge getting the pump to open. I persevered! It works just fine. So, don't give up! You can open the pump. The price almost seems rediculous but there is something to be said for a fragrance that adds a wonderful sensation whenever you use it. So, why not enjoy life a add a touch of specialness to your day!?

The soap by itself it’s really good. It leaves your hands soft and smelling good! The only downside it’s the pump it doesn’t work.

I used this at my salon, and loved it, so I bought a bottle. I can't get the bottle to open, and I see on here that that is an ongoing problem! I turn and turn, and it won't open.

I would choose this over Aesop, going forward. While it doesn’t have the intoxicatingly wonderful smell that Aesop does, it’s unscented. Its beads exfoliate my dry skin leaving it soft and smooth. It’s the best dry skin soap I’ve ever used!!

Great soap, terrible bottle. Could twist it for an hour and it still wouldn’t work. For the price you pay, it would be nice to have a pump that actually works.
