We came across Sebamed bars (and the liquid bodywash) in Germany many years ago and have used it ever since. The bars have a nice, clean smell and produce a soft, gentle lather ideal for hard-water areas and for skins that are adversly affected by soap. Pasante are the distributors in the UK and the cheapest place to buy from. Highly recommended.

If you have any sort of skin problems or concerns then I recommend using this soap. I have been using it for years and really notice if I use another soap for a few days, say on holiday, the difference. In fact if we are going away for more than a long weekend we take the seba med with us.
