These caffeine pills come in a cute child safe tin. The caffeine dose is only 35 milligrams so nothing groundbreaking, just a small boost. The taste is just okay, it tastes more like bitter lemon skin than the actual citrus lemon flavor. Tolerable but not really enjoyable.

These really do help my energy level! They have a pleasant taste & dissolve with no problem. This is my third month, I notice a big difference when I go without them.

The energy mints have a horribly bitter flavor. I thought mint might mean breath freshener as well as an energy booster but no such luck. The energy boost was ok. I didn't have any heart palpitations, so that was good too. Overall, the taste ruined it for me.

I like these little lemon flavored tablets, they actually do give me a little boost when I need it and seems to last a good amount of time compared to buying an expensive caffeine loaded energy drink. At first when I saw the price to serving size ratio I thought they were a bit overpriced however after trying them out I gotta admit they taste good, they're much cheaper than an energy drink when you break the price point down and they're much more convenient to carry with you anywhere you'd like. There is also a nice child proof lock type deal on the tin. One more thing I will add is these tablets are not super big but when you pop two of them they can be a bit bulky in your mouth until they dissolve down a bit, good thing I do not mind the flavor.

I am not sure if they give me energy boost. Maybe. Maybe a little. But definitely it doesn’t make me wanna jump or clean my house!Personally I don’t like the taste of them. They are bitter.I like the container though.Thank you.

These didn't seem to do anything that I noticed. While they didn't help, they didn't hurt either. Everyone's different so that doesn't mean they wouldn't work for you, but it made no difference for me.
