I'm just starting out using this. The taste is bitter so be sure to have a drink of something to chase it down. I use water and it does not leave weird aftertaste. Can probably mix in a smoothie but I just take it like directions say to do so. Will find out on my next blood work if it's helping or not.

I was very excited to try this as I've heard wonderful things. Purchased 2, one for myself. One as a gift. Both had leaked, spilled. Only one is pictured as the other was a goft for a coworker. When I went to open mine, seeing the condition I asked her to check hers. More than half the product had leaked out, she discarded the remainder in bottle as it was "opened" but more than anything a mess. Pictures seen are from mine, visible leakage in box and around cap that doesn't appear to close fully and or was sent loose.

I love this liquid drop. I used to suffer from many sleepless nights due to menopause but this drop helps me stay calm and have a restful sleep. I am always concerned about taking ashwagandha by it self due to its heating property but this drop contains bacopa to balance the heating of Ashwagandha. I must admit that it taste bit bitter but I am wiling to put up with taste to have a restful sleep and calm mind

I think I liked this stuff, but the taste was definitely one to get used to. Easy to use but for some reason it was always seeping through the bottle. Comparable size to similar products. I always mixed it with water and it still tasted pretty bad but was easy to mix. I would probably buy it again. I believe it was effective but not as effective as powdered ashwaghanda that I’ve tried in the past (equally bad tasting). Easy to digest and decent quality.
