PROS: * The unit is TSA approved and will pass all Customs requirements * The product is well made and sturdy enough for travel * The option to use the canister body with the biogel freeze pack when no power supply is available is useful * The canvas carrying bag holds the unit securely and the pouch for the battery has double zips for added security * The unit worked well and maintained the set temperature until the battery ran out * Can store up to 7 epi-pens * The canister lid can store sufficient needles for most trips * It’s good value for money when compared to other makes * Will hold it’s temperature for 6-7 hours on battery without the need for connecting to an external power supply * Great customer service and support CONS *Takes around half an hour to reach operative temperature which will consume some battery * The unit is quite weighty and this needs to be factored in when travelling on airlines * The unit is quite noisy when running (although not too intrusive) * The battery takes around 8-9 hours to recharge so a second USB Type C cable may be required to keep the unit running if a fridge is not available * A shield (e.g. cloth) may be required to prevent the freezer pack coming into contact with\freezing the pens * Vents cannot be obstructed on the cooler motor so unit cannot be placed in a hold-all without sufficient air flow Would I recommend this unit - Yes, definitely UPDATE: I bought this for a trip to China and unfortunately the power pack does not pass the very strict CCC requirements for travel on Chinese airlines or trains. I therefore had to return it and buy the same cooler MINUS the power pack, which I purchased separately (a UGREEN Nexode 55W 2000mAh with built in cable) and with CCC notification clearly listed on the back of the battery.

As a type 2 diabetic, I find this container very useful especially when travelling. Can be put in hotel fridge if not one in room. Keeps pens cold for several hours so, traveling abroad no problem at all

ideal for holidays

I wish I could give this six stars! I used this to travel to Florida recently and even after a full day in my back with 2 pens average the temperature was as cold as a fridge and this was following a day at the beach in 100degree heat. Perfect size, enough storage for plenty of sharps and sturdy to survive being shoved in a locker. Cost effective, easy to carry and and fill preof operation.

I purchased this on the second of July and it’s stopped working today. Huge amount of money to spend for a product that lasted just over a month. Very disappointed. Not only that, it ruined my medication (£100+ wasted) as the pens sitting against the wall kept it far too cold and it now can’t be used. Avoid this product

This is great - I use it to carry my Mounjaro pens when travelling. With the blue freezer pack inside, the bottle can easily hold 3 Mounjaro pens (a 4th one would probably still fit though I never tried) and it keeps my pens nice and cold for almsot 48 hours. Love that it has the top compartment for the needles so I never run short, very handy!

The YOUSHARES Insulin Travel Case is decent but not perfect. It does keep pens cool, but I’ve found it doesn’t quite hold the temperature as long as the advertised 48 hours it is more like a day and a half, depending on conditions. The size is handy and it’s easy to carry, which is a big plus for travel. However, the interior space is quite limited once you add the cooling packs, so fitting multiple pens can be a squeeze. Overall, it’s a useful case for shorter trips, but I wouldn’t rely on it alone for extended travel without access to a fridge.

A useful Diabetic travelling case with space for two pens , insulin cartridges , and blood testing meter. 2 coolant sachets supplied which worked for several hours. Happy with purchase.

Sehr praktische Aufbewahrung für benötigte Spritzen. Den Akku habe ich einen Tag vorher in den Frost getan. Durch die Form nimmt der Akku nicht unnötig viel Platz weg. Die Spritzen kommen in die mitgelieferte Hüllen (es sind leider nur 2 enthalten) und haben daher keinen direkten Kontakt zum Akku. Wenn man den Deckel berührt, wird sofort die Temperatur im Inneren angezeigt. Diese wechselt durch antippen von °C zu °F und zurück. Der Behälter gehört ins Handgepäck. Kurzes Herzklopfen am Flughafen Frankfurt, weil mein Handgepäck geöffnet werden musste. Scheinbar ist der Behälter nicht zu durchleuchten. Aber nachdem er geöffnet wurde, war alles okay und ich durfte weiter. Auch nach über 20 Stunden, war der Innenraum noch sehr gut gekühlt. Zudem sieht der Behälter hübsch aus. Alles in allem hat er für meinen Flug gehalten, was er versprochen hat. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Io l'ho presa per l'adrenalina di mio figlio. Bel materiale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... Ho comprato un ghiacciolino in più, altrimenti al mare i 2 ghiacciolini in dotazione non bastano

Très beau produit, belle couleur et super design. Efficace. A recommander pour les voyages, sorties, plage... Garde bien au frais. Peut se ranger dans un sac à dos. A recommander pour le transport des stylos d'insuline lors de fortes chaleur. Très utile et surtout nécessaire compte tenu du climat d'aujourd'hui. Bravo pour ces articles utiles aux diabétiques mais pas seulement. D'autres patient pourrait en avoir l'utilité également.
