My daughters loved this for their period

Absolutely love these. As an adult, I really wish they had these when I was a teen growing up. They heat up very quickly, last for many hours (6-8) and I also use them for when I have back pains as well. I like that they stick to your clothes and you can even fall asleep with it on without any worries. Great for when I'm at work and having cramps or out in public. Nobody can even tell I'm wearing them. Once my daughter hits this stage in life, I'll be buying them for her too.

My granddaughter gets bad cramps and she said if she has to deal with them it is nice to have cute designs. She likes the way they are shaped better than others she has tried.

I’ve been looking for more cost effective heat patches. Thermacare is my go to but they’re soooo expensive. These work as good as the Midol brand. they’re a much more subtle heat but they still work & they’re adorable!

Love these I couldn’t live without them during my time of the month! They are super cute, last a long time, easy to apply, comfortable to wear. Small enough to place and not be noticed but large enough to get the heat where it needs to be! Price is a little high but they are worth it!

My daughter, my sister and myself really love theses patches they really do last a long time with holding the heat in. The one thing that was a little issue was the adhesive sticky part it doesn't last as long as the patch and I want my patch to stick on my abdominal area for the whole duration of the time frame and it doesn't other than that it's a great product

These are great but essentially could buy the handwarmers for less cost. We decided to go with a tummy heating pad as the cost of these was a lot.
