Excellent product for those of us following a longevity protocol and take NMN or Niacinamide and need the methyl groups rather than getting it from taking a Thorne B-complex supplement with too high amounts of methylated B vitamins.

I've ordered this twice. It worked fantastic the first bottle that I had made me feeling very motivated and it was literally life-changing for me. If I forgot to take it I could tell the difference and within an hour of taking it I could literally feel my motivation come back. The second bottle that I ordered from Life Extension came as magnesium caps which was mislabeled with an additional sticker that the seller placed on it with a barcode. It was a simple mistake on the company's part however, this is a non returnable item and when you go on to request a refund Amazon sends you to contact the seller but the seller tells you to report the problem through your Amazon account. After quite a bit of searching I did find a chat on Amazon that allowed me a gift card refund so I will try to reorder this once the gift card is added to my account. The product is worth the trouble I will just probably buy it from another company so the same thing doesn't happen to me again.

I bought this product about 6 times and the most recent bottles have had leaky capsules. The liquid gets all over the other pills, so I can't put them in my pill boxes. I am going to look for a replacement even though I really like this one.

TMG can be tough on the digestion in powder, tablets or powder capsules. This form is the best. It does not have any unhealthy additives and can be taken as one capsule twice daily or two at one time. I have tried other form and was glad I had tried this. I think the LE capsules are the perfect solution for people that find TriMethylGlycine or betaine harsh to digest. Without products like this one that are created by thinking "outside the box", many might avoid taking TMG. Yet TMG is so great for many, It supports methylation, liver health and SAMe production in the body. Would definitely recommend!!
